Available for T-Bar or gypsum/plaster wall board ceilings, the Camfil Farr Replaceable Filter Module provides gel seal reliability, robust construction and many options for critical clean room applications.
The Camfil Farr RFM™:
- Is designed for room side access for servicing and testing of filters, only the filter is replaced not the entire assembly. Replacement is fast and clean minimizing process down time.
- Is constructed of high-strength, light-weight, 10-gauge anodized aluminum to remain true, flat and square. Incorporates a housing-to-filter gel seal eliminating the possibility of air bypass.
- Allows continuous airflow adjustment from the room-side through the use of a heavy-duty butterfly damper.
- Incorporates a fixed-air distribution disc to assure full and even airflow across the entire surface of the filter.
- Is available with a 10” or 12” collar for flex-duct connection to the air-side of the distribution system.
- Includes access ports that are through the housing, not the filter, eliminating the need for a center divider. This allows full airflow across the entire surface of the media pack minimizing resistance and promoting uniform air distribution.
- Is available with a test aerosol injection system, static pressure measurement and damper control mechanism that are accessible without removal of the face grille (room-side service).
- Includes seismic restraint tabs.
- Includes a flush-mounted 18-gauge perforated 304-4 stainless steel polished finish grille for filter protection and uniform air distribution.
