Opportunity assessment survey

Our team of experienced Sales and Service Engineers simply come to your site and assess a representative sample of your Air Handling Units (AHU).

This survey reports on the condition of all elements of the AHU.

The Opportunity Assessment Survey Report contains the following: -

• Fully Costed Cost Saving Opportunities
• Life Cycle Cost Analysis
• Good maintenance practice
• Supporting visual evidence with comments and recommendations
• Total site projected savings

Typical savings include: -

• Energy consumption 20% to 50%
• Labour used for ordering, receiving, transporting around site, removing old filter, bagging, cleaning filter frames, unpacking new filter, fitting, resetting gauges, removal of all packaging and old filters from site ready for disposal. 25% to 75%
• Waste disposal 25% to 75%
