Megaflo 1DT

The Camfil Farr Megaflo 1DT offers HEPA level efficiencies for pharmaceutical, medical, and research facilities. Its wood frame makes it ideal for disposal through incineration or compacting. A Megaflo filter with enlarged media area achieved by using tapered aluminium separators. Media area at least 88 times larger compared with a Megaflo 1D 610x610x292 mm.

A high-quality, medium-density fiberboard (MDF) frame assembled with Camfil Farr’s unique potting process. Each Camfil Farr Megaflo 1DT  includes:

• Camfil Farr’s filter-pack-in-sealant construction eliminates the use of penetrating fasteners ensuring leak-free performance throughout the life of the filter. 

• Safe-edge corrugated and tapered aluminum separators to ensure uniform airflow throughout the media pack and to maintain pack stability. The edges of the separators are hemmed for added strength and to protect the media from damage during manufacture, shipping and installation.

• Water-resistant, high-strength, micro glass fiber media in efficiency at MPPS ³99.95%. Filterclass H13 according to EN1822
  

• A one-piece seamless urethane gasket to ensure a leak-free mechanism seal. (A neoprene dove-tailed gasket is also available).
  

Every Camfil Farr Megaflo 1DT  filter is individually tested per IEST Recommended Practice. Each unit is labeled noting tested efficiency, pressure drop, rated and performing airflow and a unique serial number for unit tracking and quality assurance.
