Camfil Farr Vertical Deep Bed Carbon filters are the most cost-effective way to deploy large quantities of media for gas treatment applications. They are suitable for use with granular or pelletized activated carbon or other chemisorbent medias. The filters in this range use multiple deep beds of media retained between perforated screens in a parallel arrangement. VDB filters are intended for ventilation applications in process environments where extremely high levels of removal efficiency are required.
VDB filters can be supplied in fully constructed form, or as a modular panel to enable export packing and in situ assembly. The modular construction also enables units to be built up in restricted access areas, for instance inside a factory.
