The Termikfil enclosing frame is
- Manufactured of ceramic-based materials to ensure resistance to high temperatures and limit performance degradation, based on the expansion and contraction of the filter pack.
- Withstands temperatures far exceeding the filter's temperature rating. Pack expansion control is maintained during repeated temperature rise and fall cycles, up to the filter's temperature limits.
- Framed with sealing method using an element constructed in an exclusive polymineral material, provides leak-free performance when properly mounted to filter sealing surfaces.
- A unique, high-temperature, microfine glass media which ensures uniform absolute filter performance throughout the life of the filter.
- Factory tested and certified to an efficiency of 99.99% on particles of 0.3 microns in size. Media Protection Grilles a stainless steel face grid is installed on both the air entering and air exiting sides of the filter to ensure protection of the media pack and enhance its structural integrity.
- Pretreated, and prequalified, during the manufacturing process, with an exclusive heat preparation cycle (572º F, 300º C). This process ensures that the filter is completely stabilized in dimensions and performance. Other filters require a long temperature break-in cycle, which increases maintenance expenses and leads to costly manufacturing downtime.
