Absolute FRSi

High-efficiency air filtration for applications with operating temperatures approaching 400° C. The Camfil Farr F Series Absolute air filter is designed for special applications with operating temperatures of up to 400° C.

Usually applied in special ovens for the pharmaceutical industry, the Camfil Farr F Series Absolute may be applied in any situation where HEPA-level efficiency is desired at unusually high temperatures.

Each F Series Absolute includes:

• A 304 stainless steel frame that creates a durable, dimensionally stable corrosion-resistant enclosure.
• A combination ceramic pad and ceramic sealant media pack enclosure to assure high-temperature absolute performance throughout the life of the filter.
• Safe-edge corrugated stainless steel separators to ensure uniform air flow throughout the media pack and maintain pack stability. The separator edges are hemmed for added strength and to protect the media from damage during manufacture, shipping and installation.
• Micro glass fibre media to provide efficiency to specified performance values. The media is moisture-resistant and highly resistant to high temperatures.
• A downstream gasket in aluminium and fibreglass construction (for alternate gasket location, contact factory).

Also available in a 95% efficiency at 0.3 microns sub-absolute applications. Every Camfil Farr high-temperature absolute filter is individually tested according to IEST Recommended Practice. Each unit includes a label specifying tested efficiency, pressure drop, rated and performing air flow and a unique serial number for unit tracking and quality assurance.
