High-efficiency ASHRAE performance in a lightweight, maintenance friendly, environmentally conscious supported media air filter.
The Camfil Farr E-Series Riga-Flo® provides high-efficiency ASHRAE air filtration performance in a compact, environmentally-friendly, supported media design. Fully disposable, and incinerable, the E-Series Riga-Flo is light-weight and maintenance friendly.
The E-Series Riga-Flo® :
- Is available in three
efficiencies
- Includes a Camfil Farr exclusive media, of high-lofted, depth-loading microfine glass for longer service life and uniform low resistance to airflow. Filtration efficiency is maintained throughout the life of the filter
- Has a laminated media backing to maintain fiber blanket uniformity, preclude media migration, maintain tapered radial pleats, and support media through varying system airflows
- Includes a continuous adhesive bond around the inside of the enclosing frame to eliminate air bypass
- Includes a Camfil Farr Dura-Ply enclosing frame of environmentally-friendly composite laminate layers providing structural rigidity and ease of handling. The Dura-Ply frame is bonded between individual layers of moisture resistant film
- Includes exclusive polymeric methylene disocyanate contour stabilizers for pleat stabilization and media support. Stabilizers are resistant to moisture and high-humidity application.
- Includes medium-impact plastic face grilles on the air entering and air exiting sides to assure structural integrity and protect the filter during installation and handling. The E-Series Riga-Flo does not contain any metal components yet it is capable of withstanding up to 10” w.g. without failure of the media pack.
The E-Series Riga-Flo’s supported media is excellent for VAV systems, or those applications where users are concerned about the convenience of filter maintenance and filter disposal implications.
